Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales of floral products by Bouquets.ma, a Moroccan company, through its website bouquets.ma. Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Bouquets.ma sells fresh flower bouquets, plants, dried flowers, gift sets and floral subscriptions. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may occur depending on the season and flower availability.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout and vary by delivery city. Bouquets.ma may change its prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect when the order is confirmed.

4. Ordering

An order is confirmed once payment is approved. A confirmation email is sent with the order summary and a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (delivery address, recipient phone number).

5. Payment

Payment is accepted by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment platform, or by bank transfer. Online payment is secured with SSL. No banking details are stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and vary by city: same-day delivery for orders placed before 4 PM in the cities we serve, 24–48 hours elsewhere. If the recipient is absent, the courier will attempt a second visit or contact the customer to arrange an alternative.

7. Withdrawal & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh flower bouquets under applicable law. However, if the delivered product is damaged or does not match the order, the customer may contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery with a photo to receive a replacement or refund.

8. Freshness Guarantee

Bouquets.ma guarantees flower freshness for a minimum of 5 days from delivery, provided our care advice is followed. In case of premature wilting, contact customer service with a photo.

9. Liability

Bouquets.ma cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (weather, strikes, exceptional holidays). In case of force majeure, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected during ordering is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
